On a sunny day in Victor, WV, July 27, 1938, the world was graced with the birth of Faye Marie McKnight. She was the daughter of Randolph William Kincaid and Violet Faye Dix Kincaid. She was a graduate of Gauley Bridge High School.
On June 29, 1956, Faye found her life partner in Walter Norman McKnight Sr. Their love story, filled with ups and downs, joys and sorrows, is an endearing testament to commitment and companionship.
Faye filled many roles in life. She was a homemaker, a skilled Beautician who brought beauty and joy to countless individuals, and an employee of McDonalds who shared her smile with many people for several years.
Her spiritual home was at Lansing Baptist Church.
She is now reunited with her husband Walter, as well as her beloved children, Cyndi, Mac, Jeff and Beth; and her brother, Gary.
Left to carry on her legacy is her son Bill and his wife Pam. Along with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren whom she loved more than life. Those include grandchildren Dusty (Deborah), Erika (Brandon), Heather (Logan), Randi (Joel), Seth (Janette), Caleb, Shannan (Patrick), Carrie, Jeffrey, Kaylee, Brooke (Randy), Wes (Tega), Greg, Alexandria, Wade and Isaiah ; great- grandchildren Chloe, Jaxson, Cynthia, Zach, Livvy, Brayden, Tori, Emily, Bailey, Nicholas, Blaine, Cole, Morgan, Ethan, Ryan, Regan, Alissa, Eli, Jayme, Logan, Landon, Addi, Sage, Emersyn, Cooper, Caroline, Finn, Wyatt, Haden, Spencer, Cayden; and great-great-grandchildren, Wynter, and Kollyns.
