Susan Allen Neff

Susan Neff of Annandale, Virginia, passed away at the age of 76, Tuesday,29 August 2023, after a long illness. She was born in Long Beach California to George Max Allen and Elizabeth Helen Leonard. She graduated from Bad Kreuznach American High School in 1964. She worked as an event planner at APICS. She co-authored the book MRP: Integrating Material Requirements Planning and Modern Business. She also authored a romantic vampire novel, but a dozen publishers were fools and passed on it. Sue was one of the founding members of the Foggy Bottom Grate Patrol association started at St. Paul’s K Street. She loved her cats, possibly more than her children. And she was a shark at the poker table. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald Neff of 40 years, and her brother Stephen Allen. She leaves behind to remember her, her two children, Elizabeth Evans of Kimball, WV. and Ric Andersen of Dillwyn VA., her niece, Margot Allen of Baltimore MD.
