Richard William Flanagan, age 83, returned to his beloved Father in heaven on November 20, 2022, surrounded by family in Lutz, FL. He is survived by Marianne his wife of 13 years. His previous marriage to Ellen Sheridan for 44 years, who passed in 2005. Dick and Ellen had four children, Richard, Christopher, Ell, and Shera and 11 grandchirldren, Nathan, Darby, Zachery, Alice, William, Eleanor, Harrison, Peyton, Kalvan, Aryana, and Ronan, his stepson Scott Tucker, and grandson Landon. A Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, December 12th from 11Am to 12PM at Murphy Funeral Home Falls Church with a service to follow at 12PM. Interment will be at Fairfax Memorial Park at 2 PM.
