B. "Bess" M. Carter, of Falls Church, VA died Tuesday June 26, 2012 peacefully at home with her loving family and friend Jennifer Money by her side. She is survived by daughter, Rose M. Carpenter, grandchildren Kimberly R. Smith, and Earl K. Carpenter Jr., great-grandchildren Michael A. Smith and William K. Smith. In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Capitol Caring Hospice, www.capitalhospice.org. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2012 5p.m. to 8p.m. with a Chapel Service Friday June 29, 2012 at 2p.m. burial to follow at National Memorial Park.
