

Born in Bronx, New York, a son of the late Omer M. and Beatrice (Mercier) LeClerc, he had lived in the Bronx before moving to Fall River in the late 1940’s.
A Veteran of the United States Navy, he served during World War II at Normandy. He worked at the former Rex Linen as a driver and salesman for 30 years. He also worked at White’s Spa and White’s Restaurant for many years.
Mr. LeClerc enjoyed traveling, playing the banjo, and most of all spending time with his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by two sons; Richard O. LeClerc and his wife Patricia of East Sandwich and Thomas A. LeClerc and his wife Cynthia of Fall River, one brother; Norman LeClerc of Taunton, one step-sister; Jeanette LeClerc of Boca Raton, FL, three grandchildren; Beth, Derek and Ashley LeClerc, one great grandson; Derek L. LeClerc and several nieces and nephews.
His Funeral will be held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 9:30AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE 178 Winter Street Fall River followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM in Sts. Peter and Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church 47 Pulaski Street Fall River. Visiting hours Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00PM. Contributions in his honor may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
