Born in Brooklyn, a daughter of the late George and Virginia (McCuteon) McGee. She was a lifelong area resident, she graduated from Peeksville High School, class of 1974.She was the chef at the VFW Post 486 and a crossing guard for the Fall River School Department, and a food service preparer at Morton Middle School. She loved to be with her family, spending time with her grandchildren and her cat Bailey, an avid pool player, enjoyed playing scrabble on her
computer.
She is survived by her daughter Virginia A. Spinosa of Fall River; six brothers, James, Arthur and Alfred McGee of Brooklyn, Robert McGee of VA, Daniel Johnson of Brooklyn and Kurt Johnson of Long Island; four sisters, Susan Michalski and her husband John of Brooklyn, Roberta Tesoriero and her husband Bartholomew of Brooklyn, Eleanor Estrella of New Bedford and Catherine Connearney and her husband Brendan of Fall River; two grandchildren, Abbigail Spinosa and Alexis Martel and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late George, Thomas, and John McGee.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 6:00PM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME at CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter Street, Fall River, MA 02720. Visitation prior 4:00PM to 6:00PM.
