Donald R. "Tim" Timberlake

Born in Fall River, a son of the late Eugene and Mary “Tess” (Murphy) Timberlake, he was a lifelong resident and a graduate of BMC Durfee High School. A United States Air Force Veteran, he served as an airplane mechanic during the Korean War.

A Lieutenant with the UMASS Dartmouth Campus Police for 25 years, he retired in 1991. He was an avid sportsfan, loved to go to Foxwoods and to the Swansea Mall.

Surviving: daughters: MaryBeth Timberlake of Fall River, Susan Musso and her husband Peter of Warwick, RI, sons: Brian Timberlake of Somerset and Kevin Timberlake and his wife Emily of Fall River and Brother: Marlon Timberlake and his wife Millie of Tiverton, RI, Grandchildren: Hannah and Sarah Berube and Molly Timberlake, many nieces and nephews and his lifelong friends Peter and Shirley Sarantakis of Fall River. He was brother of the late Charles, Eugene and Henry Timberlake, Katherine Farkas, Ann Simpson and Thelma Wilkinson.

Funeral Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 9AM from the WARING-SULLVIAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter Street, Fall River followed by a funeral mass at 10AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 1335 No Main Street, Fall River. Visiting hours Monday from 5-8 PM Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Association of MA, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
