David M. Dufault, age 50, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022 in Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the longtime and cherished companion of Jennifer M. Schiffer of Swansea.
Born in Attleboro a son of Richard B. Dufault and Sharon (Hodgkin) Dufault of North Attleboro and the late Denise M. (Chandonnait) Dufault, he was a longtime resident of Swansea.
A veteran of the United States Army, David worked for many years as an automotive mechanic.
In addition to his father and adoring companion, he is survived by one brother, Richard Dufault, Jr. and his wife Tracy; two sisters, Tina Marie Arledge and Melissa Chaput and her husband Troy; stepsister, Laurel Beaulieu; stepbrother, Raymond Clontz and many nieces, nephews and his loving stepchildren, Evan Schiffer of Swansea and Diandra Lee Schiffer of Fall River; A beloved “Pumba” he enjoyed time spent with his five grandchildren Jaryn, Aubreyana, Junior, Zeke and Elias.
