Angelina (Plunkett) Rodrigues, age 87, of Fall River, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 in The Oaks in New Bedford. She was the former wife of the late Delphin Rodrigues.
Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Charles H. and Angelina (Santos) Plunkett, she had been a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Rodrigues worked as a Nurse’s Aide for the Cliff Homes for many years and also enjoyed flea marketing.
She is survived by two daughters; Mary Beth Bouchard of Fall River, Catherine Giasson and her husband Michael of Acushnet, three grandchildren; Christopher Rodrigues, Tanya Travers, Amanda Cioe, and three great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Charles Rodrigues.
Her Funeral will be held on Friday October 28, 2016 at 10:00AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Visiting hours Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00PM. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. For tributes or directions: www.waring-sullivan.com
