Reynaldo "Lando" Ruiz

Reynaldo "Lando" Ruiz entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 44. He was born on February 17, 1971 in Alice, Texas to Abel A. Ruiz and Maria Elena Rivera. Lando loved his family and his pets very much. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He is preceded in death by his father, Abel A. Ruiz; biological mother, Maria Elena Rivera; sister, Melissa Garcia; cousins, Leo Chapa and Gustavo Briones. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Samantha Jo Ruiz of Hebbronville, Texas; son, Reynaldo Ruiz, Jr. of Benavides, Texas; daughter, Kassandra Nickole Ruiz of Hebbronville; his mother, Graciela G. Ruiz of Benavides; brothers, Jesus Saenz, Amador Rivera, Roberto Saenz and Javier Chapa; sisters, Cecilia Gonzalez, Velma Kirbo and Virginia Powell; beloved pet dogs, Odus and Diamond; his cat, Lolo and rabbit, Bonnie.

Pallbearers will be Alberto Carrillo, Martin Saenz, Thomas Salinas, Jr., Roberto Saenz, Gerardo Briones and Joel Briones.

Holy Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville with visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m.. Services will conclude with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville.
