Monica Evette Segovia

Monica Evette Segovia, 47 passed away peacefully on September 8, 2023 with family by her side. Her battle with cancer over the past 11 months showed her strength and courage in facing life challenges with a smile.

She is preceded in death by her father, Maximilliano Jesus Segovia; her maternal grandparents, Lauriano and Leonor Rios.

Monica leaves behind many fond memories that will be treasured by her mother Raquel R. Segovia; siblings, Max (Sonya) Segovia, Michelle (Juan) Ramos and Michael (Iliana) Segovia; nephews and nieces, Ricardo Segovia, Saralisa (Christian) Cano, Ariana (Joey) Ybanez, Mikaela Segovia, Olivia Segovia, and Maximilliano Segovia 2 great nephews; 3 great nieces; her two furbabies, Mosa and Chiquita; numerous relatives and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Aidyn Cano, Addisyn Cano, Aralynn Ybanez, Ashtyn Ybanez and Allisyn Ybanez.

Memorial Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Memorial Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville and services will conclude at the Greenhill Cemetery.
