Modesto Garcia

He was a foreman/rancher. He was Vaquero of the Year in 2009. He is preceded in death by his parents. Modesto is survived by his wife Amada S. Garcia of Hebbronville; daughters Lydia (Stephen) Young of Houston and Lyda G. Garcia of Lubbock; brother Donato (Ella) Garcia; sisters Guadalupe (Erasmo) Guerrero, Elva (Ignacio) Juarez, Candelaria (Rogelio) Hinojosa and Elda (Joe) Huerta all of Hebbronville; two grandsons Trevor Young and Ethan Young.

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 3, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Bill Hellen, Charlie Hellen, Sam Thurwalker, Ramiro Guerrero, Servando Guerrero and Samuel Torres.

Honorary pallbeares will be Eloy Barrera, Ignacio Juarez, J.D. Ramon, Ramiro Guerrero Jr. and Horacio Evers.
