Mrs. Minerva H Ramirez

Mrs. Ramirez was born on June 5, 1931 in Falfurrias, TX, to Maximiliano Hinojosa and Clemencia Canales Hinojosa. She was employed for many years as a secretary for the Texas Department of MHMR. She is preceded in death by her parents, her infant son Hector J. Ramirez, Jr., brothers Martin and Max Hinojosa, sister-in-law Naida Hinojosa, and in-laws Jesus and Lupita Ramirez.

Mrs. Ramirez is survived by her husband Hector J. Ramirez of Falfurrias, TX, two sons Joe M. Ramirez of Austin, TX and Hector J. Ramirez, Jr. of McAllen, TX, brother Oscar (Hilda) Hinojosa of Falfurrias, TX, sisters-in-law Eliza G. Hinojosa of San Antonio, TX and Gloria R. (Ramon) Guerra of Falfurrias, TX, numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosary will be at recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday August 1, 2010 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias, TX. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Monday August 2, 2010 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias, TX, with interment following at the Falfurrias Burial Park.

Pallbearers will be Rolando Hinojosa, Carlos Hinojosa, Stanley Jacobson, Ramon Omar Guerra, Jr. Roy Hinojosa and Martin Hinojosa, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joel Hinojosa and Mario Hinojosa.
