Maria Del Pilar Ramirez

Maria Del Pilar Ramirez, 97 passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 at her residence. She was born on July 20, 1914 in Falcon, TX, to Juan Manuel and Herlinda Gonzalez Salinas. She was a seamstress/housewife. Maria is preceded in death by her parents, husband Guadalupe Ramirez, daughter Maria Elena Yzaguirre, brothers Aurelio Salinas, Emilio Salinas and Juan Antonio Salinas. She is survived by her grandson Rene (Edna) Yzaguirre Jr. of Benavides and granddaughter Sandra Y. (Randolph) Scott of Murphy, TX, son in law Rene Yzaguirre Sr. of Benavides, great grandchildren Rene Yzaguirre III, Sophia Marie Yzaguirre, Emma Lee Yzaguirre, Randolph Scott V and Reed Scott, sisters Francisca Saenz of Hebbronville and Piedad Salinas of Zapata, numerous nieces and nephews

Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Manuel Saenz, Matias Saenz III, Jesus Salinas, Fortunato Salinas, Carlos Garcia and Rene Yzaguirre Sr.

Honorary pallbearers will be Matias Saenz Jr., Roel Mendoza and Leonardo Perez Jr.
