Helen R. Ruiz

Helen R. Ruiz, 85, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at a hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on January 14, 1926 in Falfurrias, Texas to Leobardo G. Ramirez and Gregoria V. Ramirez. She was a loving housewife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Victor Leo Ruiz, siblings George, Marcos, Cheto and Mary Ramirez and Sylvia Gomez. She is survived by her two sons Juan Carlos (Susan) Ruiz of San Antonio, TX and Saul Ruiz of Virginia. She is also survived by three brothers Domingo (Alicia) Ramirez of San Antonio, TX, Manuel (Rosa) Ramirez of Laredo, TX, and Ricky Ramirez of Alice, TX, four sisters Marta Saenz of San Antonio, TX, Dalia Fischer of Alice, TX, Cynthia Ramirez of Lindale, TX and Irma Chapa of Alice, TX and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday March 11, 2011 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m.
