Gabriel Guerra,Sr., entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at a hospital in Laredo, Texas at the age of 72. He was born on May 13, 1951 to Gasper Guerra and Ascencion Lopez Guerra in Alice, Texas. He had a contagious smile and loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. He liked to travel, bowl, golf, attend casinos and cheer for the Dallas Cowboys.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Gabriel leaves behind many fond memories that will forever be treasured by his wife, Teresa J. Guerra of Hebbronville, Texas; sons, Gabriel (Liza) Guerra, Jr. of Hebbronville, George (Ana) Guerra of Katy, Texas; daughter, Jessica (Guadalupe) Constante of San Antonio, Texas; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many extended family members.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on February 3, 2024 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
