Albino B. Garcia, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 14, 2024 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Cuco, as he was known to family and friends, was born on September 16, 1946 to Albino Garcia, Sr. and Santos Barrera Garcia in Bishop, Texas. Albino was a United States Army Veteran. He was also a welder for many years and excelled at it. He was known to be a hard worker and was always willing to lend a helping hand where he could. He enjoyed family time and the time spent with his grandchildren were moments he cherished dearly. He was the true definition of a selfless man and always made sure his wife and children were his top priority. To say he was a good friend would be an understatement because he was a great one.
Cuco was preceded in death by his parents; brother and sister.
He leaves to cherish his memories wife of 44 years, Azalia Garcia of Falfurrias, Texas; daughter, Vicky Priddy of Falfurrias; sons, Albino Garcia, III of Robstown, Texas and Juan Carlos (Jenna) of Calallen, Texas; brothers, Benito Garcia of Corpus Christi and Alejos Garcia of Washington, D.C.; sister, Viola Albright of South Bend, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Bryan Scott Priddy, Andrew James Priddy, Brittney Renay Priddy, Audrie Garcia, Jake Garcia, Damen Garcia, Jase Garcia and James Garcia and four great-grandchildren, McKenzie Priddy, Maddison Priddy, Paisley Priddy and Penelope Priddy and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Rosary will be prayed at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with visitation beginning at 2:30 p.m. Family will have a private burial at a later date.
