JOSE E. COLON, age 88, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018. Beloved husband of Olga E (nee Alvarado); loving father of Evelyn Colon Melendez, Luz Yvette Jeziorowski (John), Maria Annette Giordano (Anthony), Jose Samuel (Joni), Kathy Alicea, and Lillian Faust (Daniel); grandfather of 17; brother of the late Rosendo, Rosa Maria, Angel E, Angelita, Jose D, and Angel F; uncle of many. Jose retired after many years from General Motors. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and gardening in his back yard. The family would like to thank the staff at the Normandy Manor for their excellent care. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 3, at 10am in La Sagrada Familia Catholic Church 7719 Detroit Rd.
