Norman William Keck

Mr. Keck proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a member of the Collinsville VFW Post 5691. He was a parishioner at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fairview Height, Ill. He was an avid sports fan, especially the St. Louis Cardinals.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl H. and Hilda, nee Mueller, Keck; his loving wife of 25 years, Shirley Cygan-Keck; his brothers, Hamilton, Virgil, Harold, and Frederick Keck; a sister, Althea Falbe; and sisters-in-law, Gloria and Melba Keck.

Surviving are his step children, Cindy (Mark) Howenstein-Voegtle, of Fairview Heights, Ill., Mary Lou (Andy) Anderson, of Swansea, Ill., Richard “Dick” (Audrey) Cygan, of Fairview Heights, Ill., and Dennis (Lynn) Cygan, of Marine, Ill.; his grandchildren, DJ (Michele), Brett (Robyn), Kenny(Jenny), Kellie(Nick), Kolleen(Brian), Stephen(Michelle), Jill (Derek), Tricia(Mike), Kayce, and Chloe; 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter; a sister, Ardella Morris, of Fairview Hieghts, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Clarita Keck; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Services will be held at 7 pm., Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
