Brandon Alexander Boss

Brandon was born January 11, 1990 to Richard Boss Jr. and Dena (Dressel) Shores.

He was preceded in death by his father; his sister, Jennifer Briggs; his maternal grandparents, Herman Dressel and Welma St. Onge; and paternal grandmother, Barbara Piere.

He is survived by his mother, Dena Shores of New Baden, IL; siblings, Jeremy (Rebecca) Boss of Mount Carmel, IL, Ashley McRoberts of Millstadt, IL, Joshua Shores of New Baden, IL, and Elizabeth “Hunter” Boss of Maryville, IL; three nephews, Alex, Josiah and Levi; paternal grandfather, Ed Piere of New Baden, IL; maternal second grandmother, Toni Dressel of St. Charles MO; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and very dear friends.

Brandon graduated from Belleville West High School in 2009 with high honors. His passion was collecting many nostalgia items. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Baden. Brandon will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He clearly brought strength and hope to all who knew him.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Lake View Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Services for Brandon will be held at a later date.
