Debra Lynn Jackson

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Jean (Joan) (Kenworthy) Manchester and the late William Manchester, Jr.; she was a graduate of Old Rochester Regional High School and received her associates degree from Bristol Community College in Social Services.

Debi enjoyed the outdoors, especially the beach. She loved swimming, fishing/boating with her husband Tony, and long walks. She would look forward to wintering in FL with Tony. Debi loved spending time with friends and family. She was most proud of her new role as a grandmother and loved to show off pictures of her grandbaby. Watching reruns of her favorite TV shows was one of her favorite pastimes, as well as listening to classic rock, playing cards, and car rides in her cherished VW Beetle convertible with her dog Layla. She also enjoyed going out to eat. Lobster rolls and coffee ice cream were her favorites.

In addition to her husband Tony, she is survived by her loving children, Daniel Jackson and his wife Jessica of Middleboro, MA, Brittney Behan and her husband Brendan of Middletown, RI, and Evan Jackson of Riverview, FL; her grandson Owen Behan of Middletown, RI; her mother Joan Manchester of Dartmouth, MA; her brother Randy Manchester and his wife Eva of Dartmouth, MA; as well as her two nieces Sarah (Manchester) Freniere and Abby Manchester.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 10:00 to 12:00PM with a Memorial Service at 12:00PM in the Waring-Sullivan Funeral Home at Fairlawn, 180 Washington Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719.
