Jacqueline Gant 51, of Louisville, passed away, Sunday, January 11, 2015. She was the former Jacqueline Purtilar. She is survived by her husband, Michael, sons, Michael Purtilar, Mark & Joshua Webb, mother, Beatrice Purtilar ,brother, Samuel & Donald Purtilar, sisters, Nellie Meredith & Mary Ann Harris & 5 grandchildren. Memorial Service 3PM Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Rd. Visiting after 2 PM.
