She is survived by her children, Damien and Brenna of Fairborn; her Mother, Elizabeth; four sisters, Mary (Roger) Rife, Susan (Gary) Fischer, Kathy (Gary) Vest, and Karen (Michael) Baumann; two brothers, Jerry (Donna) Huckleba, and Rick Mentzer. Trudy enjoyed photography and could always be seen at Fairborn School’s athletic events taking pictures to share with the parents, players and yearbook staff. Trudy was a voracious reader, and loved movies, music and spending long days on a beach any time she could.
Trudy had a big heart and lived life to the fullest. She especially had a soft heart for both children and animals. She spent her life giving to others, and she loved her Buckeyes, “with joy which death alone can still.” Trudy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A fund will be set up in her memory at US Bank. All contributions made will be used for the benefit of her children.
