Maxine Isabell Griffieth

GRIFFIETH, MAXINE ISABELL, age 83, of Fairborn, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023. She was born on May 23, 1940 in Cambridge, Ohio to Lucian and Maxine (Black) Abrams. Maxine was married to Richard Franklin Griffieth. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1982, her daughter, Emma Margaret and her brothers Butch and Lenard

She is survived by her children, Terry Griffieth, Brenda Jennings and Melinda Griffieth, grandchildren, April, Jennifer, James, Corey and Brittany and 17 great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister in law Ethel Abrams and nieces and nephews, Dena, Diane, Delbert, Gerinda, Gus and Mark.

Maxine loved music, she loved to garden and most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is no longer suffering any pain. Now she will be with all her family members that are already in Heaven. Rest in Peace Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11am Saturday July 22, 2023 at Gospel Training Outreach Center in Fairborn. Burial will take place on Thursday July 27, 2023 at 2:00pm at Harmony Christian Cemetery, Clairsville, Ohio next to her husband Richard.

Her arrangements are being handled by Burcham Tobias Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St., Fairborn, Ohio.
