Raymond Luther Stubbs, age 80, of Citrus Heights, California passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Raymond was born July 1, 1942.
A memorial service for Raymond will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. A graveside service will occur Monday, August 8, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park.
