MaryEllen McGuire

January 7, 2021 our beloved mother MaryEllen McGuire was reunited with her loving husband Chippy of 52 Years, she climbed aboard angels wings and ascended into heaven to be with our Heavenly Father. Born MaryEllen Snyder in Pittsburgh, PA September 30, 1926, she was the oldest of 8 children. She is survived by 4 loving siblings, Mercy Order Sisters Jeanne and Catherine, Bill and Marge.

Raised in the Catholic faith, which would later become the cornerstone in which our amazing mother would raise 10 children.

Mom loved her faith, singing in the church choir, playing Bunco with friends, but most of all she loved being a mother, a love that will span generations, a love that has and will continue to touch the lives of many. She is survived and will be missed immensely by her 10 devoted children Kathy, Tim, Maureen (Don), Mike (Margaret), Dan, Cynthia (John), Eileen, Neal (Kristi), Ann (Troy) and Pat (Chrissi), 22 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren!

So as the sun rises and sets on every new day we will love you and honor you for the incredible Mother you were and the incredible lift you provided.

Rest peacefully and enjoy fully the eternal life promised for a good and faithful servant, a vessel and true instrument of God’s love to us.
