Henry Rodriguez Adame, age 91 entered into rest peacefully on September 10th, 2022 surrounded with his family. He was born on July 15th,1931 in Bristol, Colorado to Aurelia Rodriguez and Severo Adame. He was the youngest of seven siblings, five brothers and two sisters.
He was a man dedicated to hard work and giving back to his community through a labor of love. He served his country in the US Army 1953-1955, in the 44th Infantry Division. He worked for Libby’s for 20 years and City of Carmichael for 25 years. On the weekends, he maintained the grounds of Church of God 7th Day on 71st Street for over 20 years.
Henry’s greatest love was his family. He loved supporting his late wife, so she could raise her grandchildren and worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for them. They lived in Rancho Cordova for over 50 years.
Henry was married to Marina Perez Adame for 68 years who passed in 2020. He is survived by his three children. His daughter Henrietta Reyes, son Joel Adame, and youngest daughter Eva Adame. His eight grandchildren; Nathan Adame, Raymond Barrera, Andrea Reyes, Cherie Adame, Marina Reyes, Adamina Adame, Julian Adame, and Malachi Reyes; plus 14 great-grandchildren. All of these he loved and touched deeply.
