Ronald L. Walker

Ronald Lawrence Walker, 61, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at his home. He was born on December 17, 1962, in Evansville, Indiana to the late John and Barbara (Carrol) Walker.

Ronald graduated from Mt. Vernon High School. He retired from BASI Lab Research after 30 years. He loved going to Flea Markets and enjoyed animals, antique cars, wrestling, and Martial Arts movies. He also enjoyed bantering. He never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Gail (Schaefer) Walker; sister, Jannie Walker, and parents.

Ronald is survived by his three brothers, Leonard (Linda) Walker of Terre Haute, IN, William Walker, and Walter (Rebecca) Walker both of Mt. Vernon, IN; sister-in-laws, Janet Walker of Mt. Vernon, IN and Deborah Schaefer of Evansville, IN; brother-in-laws, Chris Schaefer and Morris Windell both of Evansville, IN.

A Funeral Service will be held at Noon on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit on Friday from 10:00 am until noon at the funeral home.
