Penny Ann Lutz

Penny Ann Lutz, 48, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born January 5, 1969, in Port Huron, MI, to Judy (Snowden) Tyre and the late Gale Vincent, Sr.

She loved God, enjoyed decorating, gardening, rollerblading, and biking. She was generous, thoughtful, fun loving, and loved children, her family, and her pets, Rocky and Meanie.

Penny is survived by her husband, Kenneth C. Lutz; children, Kevin and Kayla Bilyeu and Stephanie Gardner, all of Port Huron, MI; three grandchildren; mother and stepfather, Judy and Len Tyre of Kissimmee, FL; sister, Angela Vincent White of Kissimmee, FL; brother, Gale Vincent, Jr. of Vancouver; grandmother, Virginia Chase; nieces and nephews, Charlize White of Kissimmee, FL, Alissa, Brandi, and Celena Vincent of Vancouver, Heather Heuck, and Darren, Kevin, and Jacob Spinks; father-in-law, Kenneth H. Lutz; mother-in-law, Theresa (Lindy) Coffee; and sister-in-law, Kim (Dedric) Spinks.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 AM Sunday, February 12, 2016, at Alexander East Chapel. Friends may visit Sunday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
