Noel "Butch" Thompson

Noel “Butch” Thompson, 78, of Evansville, IN passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at North Park Nursing Home. He was born on January 11, 1944. He was retired from Berry Plastics in 2010 after 28 years. Noel was preceded in death by his first wife Frances Winona (Miller) Thompson in 1995; parents, Louis Noel and Mabel Marie (White) Thompson; sister, Carol. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Tom) Higgins; second wife, Oneda “Mae” (Weese) Thompson; stepson, Timothy (Julie) Weese; step daughter, Mona (Keith) Ramberger; step grandsons, Dale Weese and Michael Crow; step great granddaughters, Makayla Crow and Bryanna Crow. A special thanks to North Park Nursing Home staff unit II and Heart to Heart Hospice. A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Alexander West Chapel with burial to follow in Locust Hill Cemetery.
