Mary Carolyn Harney

Mary Carolyn Harney, 82, of Evansville, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at her long time caregiver's home. She was born on October 26, 1940 to the late Elzie and Elsie (Hicks) White. Mary was a long time nurse at St. Mary's Hospital and was an avid animal lover. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jeffrey Harney. Mary is survived by her son, Clinton C. Harney (David); and her long time caregiver, Tony Bell. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2023 at Alexander East Chapel officiated by Pastor Zach Holdeman. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton, IN. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home on Mary's behalf.
