Mark D. Smith

Mark D. Smith, 53, of Evansville, passed away July 12, 2014. He was born August 7, 1960, in Evansville, Indiana. Mark attended Evansville ARC, Inc. He enjoyed his record player, TV, radio, magazines, and family get-togethers. Mark was proud of attending the Shrine Circus for 50 years. Mark attended Washington Avenue Baptist Church-Special Services. He is survived by his parents, David and Pat Smith; brother, Douglas A. Smith (Karen); sister, Janet L. Burnett (Darren); aunts, Bette Spray, Sherry Butsch, and Ruth Kratzer; nieces, Crystal Smith, Valerie Burnett, Patti Steele (Scott), Jennifer Flores (Martin), and Donna Spray; nephew, Ron Smith (Rose); one great niece, Zoey; and additional nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the care provided by Golden Living Woodlands entire staff. Private services will be held later.
