Judy graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1957. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. She worked at Schmitt Photo for 34 years. Judy was a long time member of T.O.P.S. She enjoyed photography and her beloved pets, and was an avid fan of Harry Chapin and Johnny Cash, and enjoyed watching T.V.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Francis “Joe” Wagner; parents, Laura and Arthur Weber Sr.; Charles Schmidt; sisters, Sharon Ryan, Nichole Bland and Juliene Weber.
She is survived by her son Joe Wagner (Donna) of Evansville; brothers, Arthur “Smokey” Weber and Rick Weber of Evansville; Grandchildren, Melissa Meador (Aaron), Joshua Murphy (Ema), and Matthew Murphy (Diane); Great Grandchildren, Noe Murphy, Emilie Meador, and Aidan Meador; Good friends and neighbors, Monty, Michele, Garrett, and Anna Guenin; several nieces and nephews; many friends and lifelong best friend Marilyn, Carol, and Kim.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm Monday September 28, 2015 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 First Ave. Evansville, IN 47710.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 pm Monday September 28, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 704 N. 1st Ave. Evansville, IN 47710.
