Jane Ballard

She was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. Jane lovingly doted on her grandchildren and others that she tended throughout the years. She enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, and Bunco. Jane was and excellent cook and enjoyed practical jokes. She will be remembered for being a very loving person with a comforting heart.

Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, James C. Ballard; her parents; and many brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Terry Beabout; sons, James Ballard, and Cliff Ballard; sisters, Yvonne Carnot, and C. J. Byrley; grandchildren, Michelle Morris (Ryan), Andrew Bernard, Erica Jones (Jeremy), Nick Ballard (Kasie), Shawn Beabout, and Haley Ballard (Zach); great-grandchildren, Dylan, Alaina, Jane, and Hattie; numerous nieces and nephews; and longtime friends and neighbors, Kenny and Bunny Vowels.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Alexander West Chapel. 2100 W. Illinois Street, Evansville, IN officiated by Dr. Robert Fulkerson. Family and friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
