Richard Frederick Caswell, age 83, of San Marcos, California passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
A funeral service for Richard will be held Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 2640 Glenridge Rd, Escondido, CA 92027.
