Kent Merrill Nielson

Mr. Nielson worked as at Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. He proudly served his country with the Merchant Marines during WWII.

Kent is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Kurt and Ginny Nielson of Menifee, CA; Daughter Linda Stewart of Temecula, CA.; his companion of 17 years Virginia "Ginny" Hearn; Sister and brother-in-law Myrna and Ralph Thacker of Salt Lake, UT; Brother and sister-in-law Gordon and Maria Nielson of Toluca Lake, CA.; and grandchildren Julie (Jeff); Ian (Katie) and Kirsten (Matthew) and Great-Grandchilden Sydney and Hannah.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 10am with a funeral service following at 11am at McLeod Mortuary Chapel. Interment will take place at 2pm at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside. Arrangements under the direction of McLeod Mortuary-Escondido Chapel, Escondido, CA.
