Theodore Roosevelt Spriggs

SPRIGGS, Theodore Roosevelt "Ted" 81, of Englewood, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at home with his family at his side. Ted leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 52 years, Dianna (nee Cook) Spriggs, daughter Natalie Spriggs of Indianapolis, granddaughter Izabella Spriggs of Bloomington, IN. Also surviving are his niece Renee Hans of Columbus, friend Samantha Spriggs of Indianapolis and numerous relatives and friends. He was a US Air Force Veteran, retired from the Hewitt Soap Co. in 2001 after 35 years. Ted loved history, photography, reading, jazz music, hiking, traveling, art and creating art, cooking but most of all loved spending time with his granddaughter. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME, 675 West Wenger Road, Friday April 6, 2018 starting at 3 pm, followed by a Celebration of Ted's life at 4 pm. Contributions in memory of Ted may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
