Karen was born 8/6/1951 in Portland, ME; the daughter of Edward and Margot McDonald. Karen graduated high school in Portland, Maine in 1970. Karen worked for BCBS in Maine for 18 years prior to pursuing her real passion for travel and working for multiple cruise ships over the next 6 years as a crew purser. It is here that she met her husband, Luka.
She worked for Ron Smith Insurance Agency, Englewood, Florida until retiring two months ago.
Karen and Luka lived in Rotunda before building their home in Port Charlotte were they would host parties for every holiday.
Karen was predeceased by both of her parents. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Luka Pandurovic; her son Jamie Connolly and his wife Kathleen; stepdaughter Tamara Pandurovic and her partner, Teo; stepson Dino Pandurovic and his partner, Inga. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Tyler, Erin, Brandon, Ryan, Sabastian and Leon and her great-grandson, Jaxon.
