Jennifer Anne Jensen

Jennifer was born on Sunday April 9, 1978 in Keflavik, Iceland. She passed away on Sunday May 7, 2023 in Port Charlotte, FL.

Jennifer has worked for the last fifteen years as a certified nursing assistant. She was dedicated and empathetic, providing wonderful care to her patients. Jen was well known at work for telling her knock knock jokes to help start the day with a smile or laugh. Jennifer, "Jen Jen" is survived by her beloved son Cole "Max" Martin, Mom Deb (Ron) Gimbel, Dad Dave (Yolanda) Jensen, Brother Josh (Sara) Jensen, Sisters; Jessica Gimbel and Nicole Rodriguez, Grandma Elaine Teeslink, Nieces; Jordan (Cody) Mooney and Kyra Jensen, Great niece Finleigh Mooney, Great nephews; Ryland and Gryffin Mooney, Nephews Delano and John, Loving Aunts and Uncles, many cousins, friends and her cat Magnus the Magnificent. Jen loved nature, sunsets and gardening. Her passions were her family, cooking, and photography, with an avid love of literature.

A celebration of Life will be held Sunday June 18, 2023 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at South Gulf Cove HOA clubhouse: 14859 Ingraham Boulevard Port Charlotte, FL 33981.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to one of Jen's causes; Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, Diabetes, or Heart Disease.
