Patrick Dale Dumay, 58, of Palmetto, Florida, passed away on November 27, 2023. Born on April 26,1955, in Washington Missouri, Patrick was a kind and gentle soul with a deep love for family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Anita Dumay; daughter, Marley Dumay; mother, Patty Clark; sister, Danielle Gierer; brother, Michael Dumay; and grandson, Zephyr Dumay.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Goldie and Arthur Clark.
Patrick attended Warrenton High School in Warrenton, Missouri, and furthered his education at ITT Technical Institute and Saint Petersburg College.
From 1987 to 1990 Patrick proudly served in the United States Navy, where he valued greatly the knowledge gained through the experience.
With a passion for healthcare, Patrick was a very well-respected Clinical Imaging Engineer. At his passing, he was employed by Moffitt Cancer Center as part of their imaging team and found it profoundly rewarding.
His love of nature, animals, and music brought him great solitude, and you could often find him building guitars, reading, writing poems or simply enjoying life to the fullest. His legacy as a sweet and generous spirit will not be forgotten.
A ceremony to celebrate Patrick's life will be held on January 6, 2024, Pavilion 6 at 4:30 p.m.
