William Francis Phillips, Jr.

William Francis Phillips Jr., age 75, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Friday February 7, 2020. William was born April 19, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late William and Margaret Phillips. William was the beloved husband of Barbara Ann Phillips (nee Smoot) and they were married on June 14, 1969; Devoted father to Stacey M. Phillips (Ronnie Bessling, Jr.); Loving grandfather of Ashley, Natalie and Emma Feeney; dear brother of Brenda Phillips and Michael Phillips (Kathy); cherished uncle of Beth Phillips.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Monday, February 10m 2020 from 3:00 to 5:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. A Life Celebration Service will be held at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 11:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
