On Thursday, December 13, 2018, William "Bill" "Pop" Edwin Brown, Jr. of New Bern, NC, formerly of Baltimore, MD. Husband of the late Helen S. Brown. Loving father of William "Bill" D. Brown and his wife Cathy, Kathleen "Kathy" A. Walters and her husband Thomas and Brian L. Brown and his wife Louann. Brother of Dawn Dawson and E. Gilbert Gregory and the late Frank, Edward Lawrence and Ronald Brown and Raymond Gregory. Grandfather of Kerri, William, Joshua, Kimberly and Michelle. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, Petey, Tesa, Gabby, Nick, Lola, Hallie, Beau and Charlie.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD (exit 6 off Rt. 100 south) on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 11:00 am till the Graveside Service and Interment at 12:15 pm. Interment will be at Meadowridge Memorial Park. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
