Beloved husband of Tamara Monroe; loving father of Damien Rockwell, Justin Monroe and his husband Tony and Samantha Middleton and her husband Nick. Son of the late Bethel Monroe and Frances Smith Monroe. Brother of Anne Marino, Katherine Jones, Sandy Clady, Robert, John and Michael Monroe and the late Sue Harding and Maggie Higgs. He is also survived by his grandchildren Riley Rockwell and Christian Middleton and many nieces and nephews.
