As a childhood neighbor and friend of Bobby's, my heart goes out to all of his family and I offer my deepest and most sincere condolences.  We grew up "back in the woods".  Being much younger than Karen, Barbara, Joan and Ruthy, I didn't have any girls close by to play with.  But Bobby, the Breitchwerdt boys and my brothers never left me out.  We played football in Bobby's front yard, basketball in the back, and baseball where ever we could.  We sledded on the hill behind Aunt Ruth's house and skated on the fire pond in Breitchwerdt's field in the winter.  We explored the woods and streams, caught lizards and salamanders, built lean-to's and teepees.  We attempted to build campfires by rubbing sticks together.  I don't think we ever succeeded with that.  We watched out for each other, well mostly they all watched out for me since I was younger and a girl with a tomboy heart.   We walked a (tenth of a) mile uphill to the bus stop where we were picked up by the school bus.  We would watch for the bus and when we saw it coming, if anyone was still making their way, we would holler to them, "Here comes the B - U - S!"  Yes, we actually spelled it out. 
 Whoever was late would then break into a run so as not to miss the bus.  Bobby's Dad made some of the very best crabs ever!  And Bobby was always there helping his Dad.  I also remember Bobby talking about gigging frogs in the swampy area between his house and the stream but I was never a participant in that.  I remember the Rorabaugh's having a boxer which barked a lot and seemed very ferocious to me.  I have very fond memories of growing up with my friends.   We were family even though not related by blood.   It was paradise.   And now, dear Bobby, you have gone on the the ultimate Paradise.   Rest in peace, my friend, and thank you for never excluding me.   

Very sorry to learn of Bobby's passing.   We played together as 
children.    Bobby was fond of sports and we played catch and
football in his front yard.     I know he we truly be missed by all.
