Rebecca Mae Galloway, age 68, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022. Rebecca was born on January 5, 1954 to the late John and Shirley Merson. Rebecca was the beloved wife of the late Melvin Galloway, Sr. and the loving companion of Derald Carpenter. Rebecca was the devoted mother of Paula Duley (the late Patrick), Melvin Galloway, Jr., and John Galloway; dear sister of Linda Denton (Paul), Jeanie Henning (Michael), and Lisa McHenry (Ron Basil); cherished grandmother of Kimberly, Mary, Rebecca, Brittany, Connor, Angela, Jason, Samantha, Hailey, and the late Melissa and great-grandmother of Aiden, Madison, Joshua, Hailey, Kyle, Braydon, Jordan, Liam, Ava, Jocelyn, Elizabeth, Joshua, and Mackenzie.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. A Celebration of Life Service will occur at the funeral home on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 11:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
