On Sunday, July 30, 2017, Elizabeth "Betty" Virginia Ritchie of Ellicott City, MD, daughter of the late John and Rosella Merryman, beloved wife of the late Dennis "Winfred" Ritchie. Loving mother of Joyce C. Williams and her husband Jim, Christine "Chrissy" Basel and her husband Ken and Dennis "Bruce" Ritchie and his wife Janie. Grandmother of Tresa, Michelle, Angela, Josh, Pam and Donna ; great-grandmother of Dustin, Amie, Kody, Meagan, Stacie, Sara, Amanda and Ryan. She is also survived by her great-great-grandson Colton and pre-deceased by all of her numerous siblings.
