On Wednesday, December 23, 2015, Charles "Mike" Richard Mooney of Winter Haven, FL., formerly of Arbutus, MD. Beloved husband of Susan Hall-Mooney and the late Shirley Mae Mooney. Beloved father of Cynthia L. Nivala and her husband Gregg, Sandra A. Noratel and her husband Vernon and Steven C. Mooney and his wife Laura. Brother of Robert Lewis Mooney and the late Margaret Elaine Wheeler and James Donald Mooney. Grandfather of Deirdre, Robert, Jessica, P. Michael, Lauren, Jacob and David. He is also survived by his Great-Grandchildren Kathryn and Charlie and many nieces and nephews.
