Earl Edward Hart

Earl was a member of Smith Grove United Methodist Church, the Stephensburg Masonic Lodge #212 and volunteered his time to Putting Prayers to Action Mission. He was also an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He will be so greatly missed.

He is survived by his children, Sheila Blain and Kerry Hart (Linda); grandchildren, Maggie Brockman, Jay Trujillo (Tina), Colin Hart (Anna), Connor Hart (Amie), and Catherine Hart; great-grandchildren, Tyler Brockman (Katelyn), Payton Brockman, Waylon Trujillo, and Martina Bunnel. He was also a 2nd father to Sharon Kennedy, Regina Goodman (Anthony), and Tina Decker (Bryan); grandfather to, David Dennis, Trace Decker, and Brennan Decker.

He was preceded in passing by his first wife, Jane Catherine Stewart Hart; second wife, Mavis Goodman Hart; sister, Martha Elmore.

A service to celebrate Earl’s life will take place on Friday, October 11th, at 11 AM, at the Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10th, from 3 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens following the service.
