Teresa M. Fernandez

Teresa Mane Fernandez, 95 loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 17, 2023. She was born in Santiago, The Dominican Republic on April 5, 1927. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Antonio Mane and Jose Mane. She is survived by two sisters, Maria Guzman, (98) and Ana Luna, (97). She was a mother of 7 children, Joseph (Rebecca), Richard (Elaine), Nancy (Danny), Michael, Magaly, Joffre (Lourdes), and Peter (deceased). Her grandchildren are Teresa (Jason), Jessica, Christina (David), Leisa (Mark), Bryan, Quincy, David (Erika), Omar (Briana), Andres (Christina), and Joseph Edward Fernandez. She was also the great grandmother of 9. Teresa was a wonderful, caring, beautiful person who brought love and laughter to everyone she met. She was a family- oriented mother who would, and did, sacrifice anything for her children. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

A visitation for Teresa will be held Thursday March 30, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915. A rosary will occur Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 6:00 PM-7:00PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915. A funeral mass will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM at San Antonio de Padua, 503 Hunter Dr, El Paso, TX 79915. And per her request, cremation will follow.
