Ruben is survived by; father Pablo Avila and mother Jean Rebecca Flores; sister Alexandria Avila.
Ruben was preceded in death by; brother Paul Anthony Avila.

A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W Sunset, El Paso, Texas 79922. A committal service will occur Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Memorial Pines Cemetery, 3061 Memorial Pines, Sunland Park, NM.
